If you would like to cancel your order after it has been delivered, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, the item must be unopened, sealed, unused and in a resaleable condition. For food safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of food products that have been opened or where the original seal has been broken.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items when they have changed their mind. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage, as the item remains your responsibility until it reaches us.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos where possible. We will review the issue and work with you to put it right in line with your legal rights.
Where an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will not ask you to pay return postage.
Please email [email protected] with your order number, the item you would like to return and the reason for the return. We will reply with the next steps.
Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will let you know the outcome by email.
For eligible cancellations, refunds will be made to the original payment method. We will refund the cost of the items and the standard delivery charge where required. Refunds are normally processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof that they have been sent back.
