We aim to dispatch orders on the same working day where possible. Orders placed later in the day, at weekends or on bank holidays may be dispatched on the next working day.
Standard delivery usually takes 1–2 working days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.
Orders are sent using Royal Mail or DPD, depending on parcel size and the delivery service selected.
Tracking details are provided when available. Please check your order confirmation and dispatch emails for delivery updates.
Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order. If you need to change an address, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.
During very warm weather, chocolate and certain sweets can be more sensitive to heat. We take care when packing orders and recommend bringing your parcel inside promptly after delivery.
If your order arrives damaged or has not arrived as expected, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos where possible. We will investigate with the delivery carrier and work to resolve the issue in line with your consumer rights.
