Warm Weather Shipping
As sweets and chocolates can be sensitive to heat, we recommend choosing express shipping during warmer months to reduce the risk of melting. We are not responsible for heat damage during transit.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Orders
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or customs.
- Lost packages will be investigated with the carrier before a replacement or refund is issued.
